lost key help!

    so i have an 86 vfr 700f and i lost the key(yes only one) to it. i've been doing research on here. and it looks like i have to take the ignition switch out?

    is there any other way to obtain my key codes for my bike?

    Check under the gas cap, there should be numbers engrave give that to the lock smith

    thats why i always have a spare floatin around if i lose one then i take the spare and have a few made up and then put that spare back in the box of spares..

    How you gonna remove the cap without the key ????
