So, I am running my PCIII and Leo Vince exhaust (no baffles) on my 6th Gen with the Staintune map from the DynoJet site. The airbox is stock. My question - is this optimum or is there a better (best?) map out there short of a custom map?

After consulting with a lot of different folks, I was told that the map you are using is more than adequate for the configuration you are running. I do have dyno proof though, that a custom map can improve the "feeling" of the power delivery at the very bottom (Small throttle openings) and right before, thru just past, the engagement point of the VTEC mechanism on close to stock engine configurations. You won't gain much in the manner of horsepower, but you will get a more linear power and torque curve.
