I have had my carb synchronizer since the seventies, and have yet to find good replacement hoses.
It came with a type of latex, but the ones I have tried want to collapse.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Any help would be appreciated!

I would think that any vacuum tubing available from you local automotive store would be fine.

Most automotive tubing has a thick wall and there isn't a lot of room between the tubes.
