VFR Brandon give me an idea I had to try out, rigged a camcorder to the back of the VFR and had RVFR follow me. Keep in mind that it was my first time on this road and about 25% of the corners was wet so we really couldn't rail it very good, and the wind noise was very apparent, but hey, it's a start...

Nice clip, looked like a fun ride.
That whine you can hear at the beginning of the clip, is that somebodies gear driven camshafts? Don't think I've heard that before, sounds pretty sweet.

I lived in Eugene for 6 and half years and remember driving quite a few roads similar to that one. Haven't yet been able to find anything similar, at least in my part of NH. I am very envious!
What part of Oregon is that road in?

That is about 20 miles from Astoria Oregon, when me and the wife was in the Province region and the surrounding wine country in France, I would have given almost anything to be on my Viffer...

Super cool video! What a great soundtrack the VFRs pipes play!

That road is reminiscent of the roads here in Tennessee. Speaking of the Dragon, it reminds me a lot of the Hellbender 28 - the road that leads out toward Fontana resort from the Crossroads at the bottom of the Dragon.

Now I want to try it. Hmmm, digital camera, duct tape...

I just used a cargo net along with two bungees for extra security with a sweatshirt to give me the position I wanted. Got to love those Staintunes
