My 50$ vf500f

Doesn’t help that the guy I bought it off of spliced random wires together to try to get it running so undoing his idiocracy has been holding me back.
    So I’m currently redoing the whole electrical system on it (which has been a blast).

    It's the obvious question, but is the rest of the bike OK? Before you put time and effort into it.
