Been wanting one since my Senior year of High school when they hit the streets...
Picked up this near mint, unmolested, one-owner '86 VFR 750 Saturday on FB marketplace for $900. Actually thought it was a scam until I talked to the lady who was selling it for her dad. Exactly 71 mins later it was on my trailer. Had been sitting for a year in a garage. Even had original red jelly dealer key fob. Only mod is an extra on/off switch to manually run rad fan. Otherwise bone stock. pulled carbs cleaned them up good. ordered some new intake boots for later. Runs flawlessly.

Had a '03 VFR800 few years ago and bout 100 bikes along the way. Just never stumbled on one of these this clean...and DEFINITELY not at that price.

Glad to find this group too. Lots of info here! Thanks

Congrats!!! Great that it went to a good home where it will get appreciated

It's my all time favorite bike. It could run with the best sport bike of the day but had better rider comfort. I still think it had better snap and acceleration then my 01VFR800 does.
