    99' VFR Interceptor 800

Long story short - so the guy is new to CL, hesitant about me being out of state. I was able to get Jamie Daugherty to agree to assist as the in person to represent me since he is based there and he still wont email or call either of us now. I wanted to have Jamie do the suspension tuning and then ship it here but this guy is rediculous. I already sent Jamie the funds just in case the guy decides to reinitiate contact. Please help, any ideas?

Did any of you (you and Jamie) get any response from the seller?
How long have been......Give the guy a chance to response. If Jamie make contact but no reply than look some where else.
Bike can be found so be patient.

Talked on through the masked craigslist email on Saturday about 5 emails. He then said that he would only deal with a real live person - understandable. I was trying to get the conversation to where I could negotiate a price and then introduce Jamie who is local. Brought it to there, he gave me the go for Jamie to email, Jamie emailed but he has not emailed either of us back or called. He has all of our contact info. Anyways, we will see.

He is spooked. He has not answered me or JD's emails or call us. After this weekend I will not bother him anymore I think it just makes it worse and I have only sent him 3 more emails since last weekend, the final one on Thursday. Asked politely to just let me know the status; if its been sold or have someone locally but just to let me know so I can seek other options. I think he read the CL section on out of state buyers and took it way seriously. Anyways its his bike, I just want it to be mine.
