Hi all, new member, and might i say what a fine forum this is! I have recently bought a 2000my VFR 800 in Tahiti blue, with just 28,000 miles on it. So far, so good. Lots of extras like stainless exhausts, and braided lines etc. I have just noticed that a headlight bulb has just gone out, so that will be my first job. My biggest problem with the bike is...... ME! I haven't been on a bike for about 10 years, ( I previously owned 2 VFR 750s) and when I rode this one from it's previous owner, I needed a crane to get off it! I'm really struggling with my hips, and legs. I can't seem to open my legs very far! Anyway, hopefully i'll improve.. Thanks to you all in advance, cus i'm sure i'll be studying lots of advice on this forum.

Hi Thumbs. To be fair my thumbnail pic is pretty much how it looks. I'm in Shropshire, so no street lighting, 3rd world road surfaces, and just 1 main A road running the entire length of the county.
