New owner here! Coming from an ex500 its gonna be a blast! 1994 model,
    no plastics
    "custom" tail and seat
    No gauges
    No tail lights
    Shoddy wiring at best.
    Multiple recent theft attempts.
Ran like a bat out of hell as a basket case
Previous owner is a good friend and jsut couldn't bare to see it exist that way anymore, so she is mine now

So first order is to fix all the wiring, build brackets for all the loose stuff

    Rfid ignition.

    Fix all the lighting

Mount some koso gauges i picked up. This is leaving me with a bunch of questions i will leave fore the mech section! Excited to learn.
    Cheap speed sensor anywhere?

    Welcome Shmockey.
Sounds like you have a bit of work ahead of you,
Have you checked out any photos of VFR's that have been stripped of their fairings for a custom naked style?
When you get a moment post up a photo or two of the bike even in it's current state, then keep us updated with your progress.

best to have a paper copy of the fsm available while doing any work on it.
