My Sargent seat finally came for my bike yesterday.Wow! What a difference. Compared to the stocker, this thing beats it by a loooong way. I've had Corbins, but this is my first sargent and I think I made a good choice. It weighs much less than a Corbin and feels very similar. And it has that nifty document storage under the seat. Highly recommend it!!

I have the sargent myself. I have never stuck the stock one on to try it even though the guy i bought it from gave me both. the one i have is a two piece so if I put the cowl on, the back seat is off and that leaves a lot of storage space.

It's lower, right? The corbin I had on my Hardley was about 3 inches lower.

I'm definetly looking at the Sargeant for my 06'. I want the one in two peices like yours Reg for the extra storage. As soon as I can afford it... Suspension, then pipes, the seat. That's a bit of scratch.

Haven't really thought about it... How much is it worth?

I will be putting my new Sargent on in the morning, can't wait to finish all of my modifications this weekend. I got the 2 piece seat and hopefully that will be enough storage for me.... I just hope it's not to much lower, to see that line around my tank...

Went on a 150 mile ride today with the new Sargent, your right, huge difference on comfort  But the only thing I have to get use to is I can't slide my ass around going into corners as good as the stocker, hopefully it won't take long to adjust.

I have noticed that, too. I stay in the seat too much. You actually have to use your legs more and stand just a little to move over.

I'm pretty sure that the 2 piece seat is for the 5th gen bikes,

6th geners get the one piece,

I've been looking at them for my 04

Went on a 400mile ride of 75% twistys yesterday, my butt isn't even sore today. For that kind of comfort I'll put armor all on the seat and learn to slide around better. Usually I'm the type of guy who has buyers remorse on everything, that feeling is going away quickly on the Sargent purchase!!!

    Me Too...

I've got my Sargent seat sitting next to my couch, waiting eagerly for my bike to get outta the shop!

It is really well built, and the foam has the right feel. I like the carbon FX pattern a lot. Picked mine up for $325 from www.ronayers.com
