Yeah they screwed that whole thing up, I'm not a network specialist either.... a support specialist. I've already had a bunch of friends calling me asking if i got promoted!

Nice that your VFR made the cover of paper, think they must have mixed the VFR with a Super Blackbird though.

Do yourself a favor, ditch the IPod. All they do is add a completely un-necessary element of risk to an already risky activity. I don't think anyone should operate a motorcycle with ear buds in. I've actually seen people riding with blue-tooth in ear chatting away. That is monumentally stupid.

All the music you need on a 5th Gen VFR comes from the cams & the muffler.

    KC-10 FE out...

    Congrats dude...

Escalating fuel prices have also prompted me to take drastic measures. I have to brave long bike jams just to cross the border from Singapore to Malaysia where fuel prices are still at approximately US$0.64 per litre or US$2.42 per gallon for 97octane fuel. That is less than half the price of fuel in Singapore.

    *sigh*

That's great! With so many people complaining about how much it costs to fill up their Suburban, it's nice to see a story about someone actually doing something about it.

I agree with you Craig, and great work i700! Glad someone had sense to publish a story like that. The general consensus in my area is "what are we going to do to make gas prices go down?" To which I always reply "why do you have a GMC 2500 but never pull anything any bigger than a 4X6 utility trailer with a riding lawn mower on it?"

Anyway, the gas saving attitude has to become part of the culture, not just a fad like what happened in the 70's. Countries like Brazil and regions like Europe figured that out, we just haven't been able to make the idea stick in the states. I bet lots of people are wishing they didn't opt for the Yukon XL's and now defunct Ford Excursions right about now. Oh well, live and learn. .02 for what its worth.
