Off-roading on my 07 VFR.

Last year I rode out to Australia's red centre on my 07 Viffer, camping out along the way.

Not far from Coober Pedy is a desolate area known as "The Moonplain." Aussies will know it as a location for some of the shots in Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome and a few other films.

After letting the tire pressure down a bit at Coober Pedy, I headed out to the desert for a couple of days. The bike got a bit dusty but otherwise had no trouble with the terrain.

I have a couple of shots of the bike itself at the end of the video. I call it the "VFR 800Fi X Runner GS Adventure." After a good wash and service following the trip, the bike looked and ran like new.

The sound in the video is really bad, sorry. I'm not sure why. The GoPro normally does a pretty good job.
