    Howdy folks,

due to my accident a few weeks ago, I had to replace my bent Seat Rail Set. The new one is on, looks right (all additional parts fit - the seat, the fender underneath, etc), but for some reason, my original exhaust system (part number 18300-MCW-D01/D62 if you want to see a pic) will not fit back into the frame.

Looking at the part, it certainly does appear that the two mufflers are not equal, in terms of height, to reach where their mounting bolts go. In addtion, the pipe that leads down from the mufflers is smacking against the heat shield on the bottom of the fender. The right muffler heat shield is rubbing against the fender heat shield, too.

Time for a new exhaust system? Perhaps this was bent the accident as well?

Also, is there a way to prevent vfrword from logging me out after, like, 2 microseconds, so I can take time to compose messages? Thanks.

yeah, click remember me when you log in. It's up toward the top right. On some browsers it is just a checkbox beside the login button.
