    What... the....f&$%?!

Can't wait to see all the expert crash video investigators go off on what the rider should have done differently. "Didn't watch his mirrors" "should have anticipated the tire's trajectory and bounce"

Only if he left 1 minute earlier or later wherever he was coming from he would of missed it....I seem to always think that way when I get to anxious and leave early or I get delayed leaving...........
Thats when I say another prayer.

Imagine that insurance call. "I was hit by a car tire" "a car ran into you?" "no, just the tire. car wasn't attached"

RE: the mattress, I make it a point never to ride (or drive) behind pick-ups and cars with any tied down or floating around in the bed. People are clueless about what air pressure can do, funniest one I saw was a Weber charcoal grill in the back of a pick-up on fire, jerk had just loaded it after a picnic and didn't think about the 50 mph wind fanning it!

I saw a car carrier drop a red Ford Ranger off the top last position. I was about 1/4 mile behind on I-4 when it happened. The truck turned into a giant lawn mower and mowed down a bunch of small pine trees. Probably was going 70mph+. I never stay behind anything after that.
