Ottawa,Ontario Vffer's

To all VFR Owners in Ottawa, Canada as I have noticed on VFRw there are some of us on here from Ottawa! So my thought is this why don't we organize a ride once a month come the spring/summer months, or if not a get together at a local restaurant/pub with a patio. We can show up on the bikes for some food and maybe make it a regular thing, granted it would be a small group but hey it could be blast! Anyway it's just a thought.

Hey, I'm in Ottawa and I just signed the paperwork on my VFR today! I'd love to meet other Viffers and do some riding. Set it up, I'll be there...

 

Go to the top banner under Community...then Social Groups...Start a group there. Works pretty good for local group rides. If you see someone from your area come on line, direct them that way to sign up. You never know what may transpire. But it is a common spot for your area to look for what is going on.

As you will see there, Vancouver/ LMD, VFriders for Christ and San Diego County Area Riders (SCAR) are very active.

As for weekly cleanings, it's too damn cold. The RWB is nicely tucked away for the winter. But when spring finally does arrive, she will be greeted with the full royal treatment. arty2:

 

Hey guys it's great that there is alot of responses to the idea unfortunately I just don't have the time! But if someone wants to step up and get things organized that would be great! As for hijacking the thread RWB no worries! lol I just that I would suggest the idea but like I said before I can't work on it so if someone wants to take control go for it!

Hi everyone

New member today. I live in Ottawa(Stittsville area). Just getting back to riding after many years absence due to kids etc.....
Looking forward to spring for 1st real ride in years.

To all Ottawa Vffer's I hang out at Merivale/Meadowlands with other sport bikers from Sun to Monday 7 days a week at night usally around 700 to 730 pm is when we all start showing up there. Besides myself there is a couple of Vffer's that show up there but I'm the only yellow 99 5th Gen that's there! During the summer that's my thing at night to go ripping around the city with friends we don't go to crazy! But we do crack the throttle a bit hey it's fun!

 

Meadowlands? Is that the mall on Merivale Road just south of Baseline Road?

Hey Dave what's up long time no hear! Good to hear, I'm always there most Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights! From Monday to Thursday nights I'm there 100% of the time as long as the weather is ok, even if it's cloudy out I'm there almost every night!
