parts wanted

    Hello fellow riders! On a road trip over the weekend my bike got tipped over and smashed the left cowling into the frame splitting it in two places and also taking out my turn signal. Talk about frustration! Does anyone have any suggestions for finding a used one? Please let me know.

    Try the world's best flea market. eBay. ;D There always seems to be VFR items there. Search under VFR 800 or VFR800. That is if your bike is a 98-01.

    You can also try as many VFR forums like this as you can find. 8)

    I'm sure other readers of this post will have alternate ideas as well. :D

    Absolutely...I've had good luck lately finding decent parts for my '86 Viffer on eBay, parts can be a tad pricey, but it's an old bike and the parts aren't easy to come by.
