please help need to know how you lower front forks on 01 vfr800(5th gen)

hey everyone,I put some cbr 929 mono shocks on my baby for better handling and tried everything in the book to get my swingarm back to stock height,but I couldnt so I was wanting to lower the forks just to get deminsions right,so can anyone tell me the easiest and fastes way to lower them without needing a jack.thank you
