Hi all forgive me this is my first post,

I have a 2002 vfr800 vtec that has just under 40k miles, on a ride I started feeling what I thought was a misfire, and then the bike struggled to idle and would die at lights/stops. i went through a whole tank of gas in just a couple of miles. It eventually died on me and i thought the battery was dead because it the starter wasn't turning the bike over, but it was actually hydrolocked. My oil was also incredibly diluted with gas.

I got the bike home: replaced the spark plugs, injectors, fuel pressure regulator, Oil change, verified clean air filter.

Went to start it again, took some tries and then shot an actual stream of gas out 10ft when it came to life. it idles fine but when I rev it, it will shoot out a stream of gas. I haven't ran it long considering the diluted oil. I've verified all the plugs and coils on every cylinder have a spark, and I've verified that the injectors are firing and not just stuck open(while starting not while running). After verifying those, i started it again and it wasn't spraying until it got up to about 130 degrees at which point it started misting out the exhaust and struggled to idle at 1200rpm

FI diag is reading a solid light no blinks, Bad ECM? My other thoughts were Pulse generator, Fuel Pump, Bad ignition/valve timing

I was thinking about sending off the ecm to Carmousa to get tested, I'm hesitant to buy a used one off eBay
    model 38770-mcw-L02 btw

Have you lowered the Sidestand, with Ignition On, does the Fi light flash an active code? Are you measuring a solid 12v on the Black/White wire coming from the Engine Stop Relay? This feeds all the EFI stuff. Might also be worth retrieving any historical codes if any from ECM memory.

You say you've fitted a new FPR, might still be worth checking that the FPR vacuum hose is dry and no fuel drips from the FPR vac hose fitting.
As far as I know the only way excessive fuel can enter the cylinders is leaky injectors, faulty FPR causes excessive fuel via vac hose to cylinders 3 and 4, or incorrect injector firing from ECM.

Did this just happen out of the blue, or shortly after some servicing? Serious issue you have with so much fuel in the oil!
Is there any chance of a kinked or blocked fuel return line causing excessive fuel rail pressure - just guessing?
Any modifications to the bike? Power Comander or similar?

I tested for FI codes after replacing the injectors it told me that they were unplugged obviously. after resetting I got a solid fi light with no blinks
I'll retest for codes and verify FPR vacuum hose is dry and I'll check the return isn't blocked but it seemed fine when I took the tank off.
Didn't think about the Engine Stop Relay, I'll test for 12v there

cylinder 4 was locked with gas so I was sure it was the FPR it's possible the vacuum hose still has fuel in it.

    no mods or recent service
