Rear Brake Safety Strobe Addition

    While not necessarily legal in all states, the addition of attention getters on your backside can help keep the cagers at bay.
    Product is Whelen TIR3 ordered from Strobes-r-us.
    Not sure if all VFR models have the same little reflector mounted under the tail light, but on the Gen5, you simply unbolt the reflector, bolt in the strobe (same hole), then clip the power wire into the positive brake wire, run the ground to the battery, and either tape off the control wires, or tie them into your power wire if you want your strobe pattern to change each time you brake.
    It's that simple, looks OEM, and works like a champ. Good luck and safe riding.

    The 4th gen has simlar set-up with reflector.
