    Hello

I have a 1992, with a high flow filter and Two Bro exhaust that is still snorkeled
which is located in the west coast USA. Its been re jetted but running a tad rich after a complete sonic clean

The snorkel will stay on, unless there is a performance gain to be had

Looking for what anyone settled in on for jetting for this elevation / geographic area

    thanks

    H2

I have not heard of anyone removing that front snorkel on a gen3 bike. I had a NT650 where I removed the airbox lid, it was an obnoxious loud bike. Don't get me started talking about it though.

Did you remove the PAIR stuff on your gen3 bike? That is a proven mod, along with tidying up the whole carburetor set up. I did it to two of mine :mech: I have slip on pipes with stock jetting, possibly shimmed needles but now I am thinking its on a Kawasaki and not the Honda.

    Slip on or full system?

The only difference will be one or two up on the mains.

Go up to 42 on the pilots regardless, and adjust the pilot screws to 2 out. All of these bikes are lean as shit on the idle circuit from the factory.

Do not remove the snorkel. It doesn't contribute anything but intake noise on these bikes unless that is what you want... I don't think it's what you want.
