Apparently someone tipped over my 2007 in a parking lot today while I was inside an establishment. The clutch lever is bent and the left side hard bags and front cowl are scratched up. Does anyone have any recommendation on aftermarket levers or a good way to go about repairing the damages on the plastics?

I had a similar experience with my 2007. I went with Pazzo levers. Pricey but the improvement was incredible. I have heard that some of the Chinese knock offs are pretty good too. As far as the scuffs, I have always relied upon Meguire's body shop compounds. You can go from abrasive to barely polishing compounds and get amazing results. My buddy bought my 07 and tipped it over in his driveway and I was able to reduce most of the black asphalt dirtied scratches to nearly not noticeable using dawn detergent to clean and Meguire's to deal with the paint scuffs. Good luck.
