It looks cool but I hate the kits that don't have tank covers. Some have them some don't. My buddy got a Hong Kong kit for his Busa and it is beautiful, great fit and paint complete with hump and tank cover. My other buddy got a Hong Kong kit for his 98 VFR and it is a crappy red orange color that is thin and arrived with several scratches in it and no tank cover.

They dont come with a tank cover because we have painted tanks. Plus the tank covers they provide with the 6th gens dont fit since they're pretty much the same size as the tank it's self.

I didn't even notice no tank cover. You would want to paint the tank I guess. Not that big a deal either same color code blue or white would look good. I think its blue on the 07' if I remember right. Any way I probably will never buy one just one of those if I win the lottery wish list things. Its fun to dream sometimes.

Are these kits made in Japan or made in China? The general consensus seems to be the Chinese made kits are not all that great and by the time S&H is added it's not all that smoking a deal. Looks too like there are some fibreglass parts available, some unpainted ABS pieces and a couple of different levels of hardware assortments.
