    I'm super jealous right now. Rode to class today and in the motorcycle parking row was where she sat. It took every ounce of restraint to not sit on it. This is only the second time Ive seen one irl. The other time I was in my truck and it was brief since the rider was probably doing 100. Sounded good even with stock exhaust. It really is crazy. On nice days Ive counted over 50 bikes parked side by side on campus. Everything from dirt bikes to harleys to busas. But id take a tricolor any day over the rest.

    sorry for no pics, camera phone is broken

    Big Valley Honda in Reno has a RWB in the showroom. It has been there for over a year if I remember correctly. Every single time I go in there I have to stop and look and touch. I sat on it once, but had to leave immediately before I got too attached.

    there are a couple of mid 80's 750's that I see around. I'm the only 500 Ive seen. Had a guy call me crazy for riding my 86 everyday in rain or shine around here at Purdue. I think our campus is trying to produce some sensitivity towards riders since there are many more bicycles, mopeds, and motorcycles being driven this year. A couple of weeks ago a student on a motorcycle was dragged under a semi for a very long time. Apparently the motorcyclist and the semi was stopped at an intersection and the semi just plowed over him when it took off. This situation has never even played out in my head before hearing it.

    sounds kinda like my campus, expect the tricolor is owned by me :)

    i love the bike even though its kinda heavy. and especially trying to park the thing with 30 bikes around gets challenging

    Found this story:

    Questions surround motorcycle fatality | www.jconline.com | Journal and Courier

    That actually IS something I've worried about on occasion, what would happen if I stalled it at a light with impatient people behind me. Especially after lane splitting up the front during heavy traffic.

    =====

    I went into my local dealer for parts about a year ago, and they asked what bike, etc, and when they heard it was an old interceptor, asked if it was RWB. When I said yes, they took me over to the back corner of the showroom where they had a new '07 RWB. PUUURRRRTTTY bike, that... It's very high on my list for bikes to use for sport-touring (after some extra comfort modifications). My '86 is definitely more sport-bike than anything else...

    Go Boilers....... Class of '74 BS AAE. I used to ride a very very very old 350 Honda from my house over by the fair grounds to the Student Union.

    My local Honda dealer has one. I go in now and then for cb750 parts and drool over it as I walk in. I told them if it was still there in January we'd talk about it.

    (That's why I'm here)
