Ok, so, I don't know if it is coincidence or the fact that Shell Rotella T6 is thinner when cold, but I have a leak around my shifter. I looked on Bike Bandit and also on a dealer parts fiche, but I can't find it. Tips?

    Never Mind, It's Chain Oil.

It could be leaking, you have to clean around the area and see whats up with it. I had a 91 nighthawk that leaked when I used the side stand, but did'nt when on the centre stand, so; with that being said, cheak it oot. Its an easy repair that just requires a nice pick and a correct size socket to knock the new seal in with and maybe a small screw driver. So, pick, screw driver, socket, and hammer, life should be so easy. Keep us posted. Oh, don't forget to give your new seal a little lube as in motor oil before you knock it in, you may lose motor oil too, so you may wana drain it and re-use, you get the picture.

Thanks Rider. I'll give it a good scrub to verify.
