Don't mess with the two-stroke's LOL!

The fastest riders at the few track days I've attended arn't on liter bikes fo' sho'!

    Well very few anyway.

I hope that Lentz kid has a good long career in racing.

Don't have kids yet, but I don't think I would let them or encourage them to race motorcycles.

Peter crashed in turn 1 at PIR due to brake "failure".

I have ridden with Peter recently at California Superbike School Level 4, he is A LOT faster than he appears on video. He is the countries next MotoGP hope. MGP is all about cornerspeed these days, unless you come up thru the 125 250 ranks, it's almost impossible to be a champ these days.

Peter recently had a bad crash. He broke many bones. He has had surgery and is at home doing physical therapy. He is a tough kid and is raring to get better and back on the track.
I heard about him on Bay Area Riders Forum and became a fan on his facebook so I could follow his recovery.

He sure looks awesome on the bike. But praise should go to his parents also. Racing is a sport too, don you agree? Most other sports children start young, they push the limits by training harder and longer. But what do you with racing? The only way to train harder is riding on the track, and pushing the limits.

I agree with the topic. The smaller they are, the harder they are to ride. My little SV is the most nervous, twitchy thing I've ever ridden. BUT, if you can smooth out the 71hp monster, all is right with the world.

Love to try a two-stroke sometime.

Sorry to hear about the injury to the young rider. I don't believe in hiding kids from risks no matter how great. I'll be a bad parent! Haha!
