I had three out of the four carb slide diaphragms ripped on my 85 VF700 so I purchased the 4pc kit from ebay. Anybody install these before? The seller gives partial instructions but no info on how to attach then to the slide...or get the old ones off of the slide. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

What came in the four piece kit? Did you purchase just the rubber diaphragm boots?

So far they worked out well. Not too bad to install but the diaphragms were made a little sloppy. One problem was the hole for the vacuum port on the top of the diaphragm wasn't even open when I got them. In the big picture they work fine.....and its the only solution out there

How did you change them? Do they just pull off? I didn't think they could be changed easily if at all.

    Nice to know they can.

Not too bad. Had to spread the the plastic pieces on the slide apart a little with a screwdriver to get the old ones out. Used some "lube" and a small screwdriver to get the new ones to slide in between the plastic pieces
