    Hey guys new here!
Opened the start stop switch to clean the contacts and I think one of the ball bearings dropped out. Are there two bearings or just one? I have one bearing, and I have the metal contact and two springs.

Just bought my first vfr700, bike was sitting for a while. I looked in the clymer manual but couldn't find anything.

WELCOME !! :Yo: most of use have done the same, and that's a classic way to begin work on your new bike.

Try testing switch contacts with a meter at the plug, and if ok, you won't need to get in there !

Hey squirrelman I've already concluded that the switch contacts were corroded, And have taken it apart. My real question is if there are two ball bearings inside the switch or just one?
