I've been synching my starter valves, as I do every now and then, and had a moment of doubt.
The workshop manual states No.4 cylinder sould be 20mmHg lower than No.1 cylinder, and No.3 should be 10mmHg lower than No.1.
    My No.1 & No.2 are reading 125mmHg at 1200rpm. so I've always set No.4 at 105mmHg, and No.3 at 115mmHg.
    Is this right?
    WTF is lower?
Is 105mmHg lower than 125mmHg? Or is 145mmHg lower than 125mmHg?
Are we talking lower number or vaccum?
Is lower vaccum more or less vaccum?

ive always assumed that they meant lower number. the higher the number the more vacuum. also i got so annoyed with mine i just synced them all to the same number with no ill effect
