Stock Honda Grips for First Gen. VF750

    After buying what I thought were the correct grips, twice, for my 1985 Honda VF750FF Interceptor, I finally saw an ad, stating that they could get me some grips with closed ends on them. They were right! The correct part numbers are: Left Side: 53166-390-780, and the Right Side: 53165-390-780! Nice to be able to remove those big thick foamy ones someone put on in 1989!

    Plenty of aftermarket grips will fit, are you stuck on OEM?

    Yes, I wanted the stock ones! There are so many companies out there saying they have the "goods", but do not. It was really nice to find the stock ones. My VF 750 F still has the original tires on it, and I want to try and put as many original items on it as possible.
    I see that a person can even buy "stock" looking reproduction mufflers for it. Very pricey, but available.
