    98 VFR800 25Kmiles, Brake pads look ok.

I've got a strong pulse in the front brake, I can feel the whole lever
pulsing. It's much worse when I'm coming to a complete stop.

Where should I start with this? The bike was down hard on the left side
by the previous owner but I didn't notice this problem on the pre-purchase.

Is this definitely a warped/bent rotor or could this be as simple as a caliper
    cleaning?

    Any help would be appreciated!

Put the front wheel in the air and spin the wheel - look at the rotors to see if you can see it move back and forth. My first guess is a bent rotor. My bike had the same. Youll need to replace.

Ok, I just pulled the calipers off, the right side might have a really small warp...
    It's hard to tell.

But guess what? I just got a flat rear tire from the ghetto alley where I'm
living right now... So much for riding until I get that fixed!
