I know it's not a v-four, but with all this talk of the Ducati 1098, have you seen the B-King? That bike is freakin off the charts cool looking. I don't particularly like the look of the exhaust, but that could be changed with after-market pipes. I like that industrial-spaceship look to it - menacing. Crazy.

I really like the look, too, Zona...and menacing was the exact word I used when describing it to my buds a few months ago. But that name is so retarded! I keep thinking of an idiot running around wearing leotards, a regal looking fur cape with a plastic mask festooned with a gawdy crown trying to sell burgers. And the bastard is dating Brooke Burke! Average guys just can't get a break.....

Yeah I agree with you on the name. It is A-1 f*&^ing retarded. I thought of Burger King too when I heard the name. Maybe we'll get lucky and they will sue Suzuki and they'll have to change the name! Another good thing will be that I can buy one used in a few years.

It will have power though, you can bet on that....they are talking about using the ZX-14 engine, but changing the torque settings, etc.

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder....

    The B-King is fugly. Bad.

Conceived in an Ugly Tree, fell and hit every branch on the way down.

Hey, we never said it was pretty or sexy. It looks cool for what it is and that is a straight-up road warrior street attack bike. Fugly/menacing what's the difference? None-the-less I think it will turn many heads! I think it's right along the same lines as the Tuono or Griso

I think I'm with Ferris on this one. The only image that comes to mind when I look the the "King" is Michael Keaton at the end of BeettleGuise with his head shrunk.

Actually the B-King is a 1300cc busa motor / 160hp bike. The original prototype sported a supercharger and was over 220hp... looks like suzuki didn't want to deal with the bike being known as a squid-squasher. I don't particularly think it is ugly... but 1300cc is far too heavy for a "street hooligan" style bike.

Just think if they would've stuck a SS swingarm on the king. That would be bad ass!

IF (a BIG IF) my VFR were ever totaled and I lived to tell the tale and head to a dealer for a new bike, the K1200R would probably be the frist Bike I'd be looking at. Have you ever seen the video commercial for it? Check out the link below. Scchhhwiiing!!

Hadn't seen it before, entertaining, did you also watch the K1200R vs the BMW Schnitzer Z4 V8 coupe around the Nurburgring ? I'd like to give either machine a flogging around that circuit.

Linky to info on the Topster, check the engine shot, has the Dyno Graph etched into the air intake cover.

Wow, that ad IS pretty cool. I'm on the fence re: the B-King. Leaning towards not-so-pretty. There was a comment somewhere likening the headlight assembly to the head from "Alien" lol. Definitely don't like the exhaust.
