Does anyone know who produces a tapered bearing conversion kit for the 1991 VFR?

    Hey Jethro:
I had tapered bearings installed in my '91 backa few years ago, and it made a tremendous difference.
Can't remember the exact brand - but my dealer knew all about them and ordered them direct.
I think all told it cost me about $120 installed.
If I had to guess I would say they're probably Timkin bearings.
I do know that you can also buy "Smooth" tapered bearings through Old Bike Barn for around $60.
    Good luck.

I found them on E-Bay from DESMO_l who seems to carry kits for all makes. It was only $29 plus shipping which isn't too bad. I will let you know how the install goes.
