I received my Techmount today for my radar detector setup I'm trying to get up and running and wanted to share a couple of photos. The Techmount is a very nice option for mounting a GPS or radar detector via the steering stem - the only problem is that you need to have the left fairing mount Powerlet to power the detector, because the steering stem Powerlet takes up the mount location. I had already planned for this, so it isn't a problem. It truly is a beautiful piece. I went through Techmount direct because I wanted the red anodizing and payed $74.00 shipped. If you don't want the color you can get them form Aerostich for $57.00 w/o shipping in black. When I get my BEL 995 on Monday I will post a shot of the complete setup.
