    Saturday night we used up some stuff and made.... Thanksgiving Pizza

    Home made dough, homemade turkey gravy for the sauce, yellow and white cheddar, dark and light meat from a 2-day brine, spatchcock 17lb smoked turkey, vodka soaked cranberries, goat cheese, diced fresh jalapeno. Then zested with orange right off the Traeger.
