Recently got back into riding with the purchase of a 91 VFR750. Seems like it will be a great bike but that rear fender almost dragging on the pavement has got to go. My question is are you cutting the stock fender off and fabricating some kind of license plate holder or going aftermarket? Any help is appreicated.

    Thanks

You can do either one. It's relatively easy to cut the stock fender and relocate the light for the plate but competion werkes sells a kit for I think around a $100 that has a nice plate bracket with it. You still have to modify the rear fender. You should check ebay I saw some new kits from them recently for $50 someone must have a few old extras.
