Ticking / Knocking / Not tensioner

Hello all. I was sure that the tensioner makes such a sound, so I changed it to the original, but the sound remained. It does not appear every time, only on a hot engine and not always. It's identical to the video.

 

Couldn't quite hear the sound in the video... did you change the front or rear tensioner (any chance its the unchanged one making the sound)?
