Not until recently did I discover that my 1985 VF1000R was a California Model. I always felt that it was being heavily restricted. I have recently installed #150 main jets, but need to change out the springs and needles in the carb. I was looking to get suggestions as to what the beat set would be.

Sometimes the shop manuals and/or the parts manuals will show the 49-state parts list
    and the Kalifornia parts list.

Do you have a shop manual?

I'm sure there are some Honda mechanics here that can help.

I do have a shop manual, however it only states the part numbers for the California models, not the 49-state and Canada models. I guess to be more specific I need the model numbers for the 49-state carb springs and needles
