Urgent Message For 3rd Generation R/r

Electrosport has pulled all their product (R/R) for the 3rd generation. I am not sure how far back their "batch" goes but they will no longer sell or send warranty units back!!!!!

I am getting a full credit through the dealer for this through Electrosport. They decided sometime last week to YANK them all for the 3rd Gen due to major issues.

I knew it!!!! They were absolute junk, I went through 5 before I finally gave up. Bought a different brand, haven't had any problems in 700 miles.....KNOCK ON WOOD.

 

Oooo, good to know, just now wondering if there's any trickle down effect on 4th gens.

Wondering if they are still taking they're old ones back under the warranty?
I have one to send back. I want my money back for that junk of a R/R!!!!

I went through 3 of the R/R that fit my 94. Finally i bought a new stator and replaced my R/R with an 98-00 R/R. Electrosport is working on an upgraded R/R with larger wire like 8 - 10 gauge wire with a larger diode inside and larger fins. They do have a one year warranty. I have visited this store and met the techs. If you do have any Questions or Pics of my install i'll get them to you. I did have to buy a harness w/30amp fuse through www.wiremybike.com very nice guy and very helpful For $25.00.
