How much should i pay for a complete first gen body including tank and all plastics? Someone is trying to sell me one and wants me to make an offer. It is the all red type, and is in 9/10 condition. Thanks

Tough question but I think $300 is fair to start.

on a scale $300 being the low and $500 being the high..if its in 9/10 great condition figure $100 for the upper, $150 for the tank, $50 for the side panels, $100 for the tail piece and $100 for the lower chin fairing. Yes you can shop around and find cheaper but you're talking a complete matching body..start at $300 and go up from there..if you get it for $400 its a good deal.

and when you get it, maybe cover it with something and make a mold for recreating it for others... you could make a few $$...
