Hello I am having a strange problem with my vf500 or interceptor if you are American.
It runs idles and runs great when cold but as soon as it reaches operational temperature I will either completly lose a cylinder or it misses.
I have tried done the following:
    Cleaned the carbs (twice)
    Checked valve clearance
Changed spark plugs (twice Denso and Ngk)
    Bench synced carbs
I also tried to check coils. Primary side was in spec but couldn´t get a reading on secondary. Both coils were the same so I probably just measured them wrong on secondary side.

I haven´t been able to check compression yet but will check it in future.
Running low on ideas what could cause this

    Some additional info
Bought it from an older gentleman that had it sitting last 5 years. with new plugs and fresh gas it started right up. It was stored dry of gas and kept in garage so carbs were pretty clean to begin with.

First post here. Hopefully in right place

Classic symptoms of bad pulsar coils, failing when warm. Behind the right crankcase cover, mounted around the the starter clutch housing that provides the trigger for ignition.
