Hey guys. Due to me finding two bent fork tubes this weekend I am in need of a good pair. Please email me with what you've got. Straight and rust/pit-free is what I'm looking for. I know there's a bunch of you who've done fork swaps out there!

I have a set in a storage shed, but I have no idea what condition they're in. I'll look later this afternoon and let you know.

I have 3-4 spares, but shipping from Canada would likely be prohibitive.

Yes, please let me know. The bike is in a friend's garage right now torn apart and I feel a little bad about it.

Sorry, I got in late last night and couldn't look for them until early this morning. I did find them, and it looks like the left for will need to have the seals replaced at the minimum. Let me clean them up so I can take a decent pic for you.

Quite alright. I'm really only interested in the condition of the fork tubes (chrome part). My lowers are good and I've painted them recently. I also have new fork seals so no worry about that. If you end up sending the assembled forks I'm going to be disassembling them anyway.

Pics can go right to my email at gnemish@nycap dot rr dot com.

    Thanks!!!

If the originals aren't kinked and worth salvaging, they might be able to be straightened. I had a Norton tube fixed, years ago, because the darn things were ridiculously expensive. Just FWIW.

Just trying to help - good luck

Yeah, I checked ebay and wasn't happy with what I found. I'm going for used because it'll probably be cheaper and also a little quicker.

I got a set off ebay.

I had them completely apart before I noticed the tubes were slightly bent. Now they're just lying around.

Well, it's hard to judge pricing. Only one pair have sold on ebay lately and they were for a Magna and went for $10. How's $30 + shipping sound? If you have pics please send them to email in Post #6.
