    Hi All!

    A question.
I currently ride a Varadero 1000 and got a golden opportunity to buy a 2013 (produced in 12/12), 0 miles.
I haven't ride a VFR before but I understand that this is more of a long distance bike. Most reviews are very good but majority of them reviews the bike as a sport-touring rather then a commute
    vehicle.
Does anyone here uses this bike in an urban environment? emphasis on engine heat, weight, slow cornering, size (slow ride through traffic) etc.

    Appreciate your help, Friends!

I use mine like a long distance day trip kinda bike, but I personally would have no problems riding it day to day. It isn't THAT heavy and it handles very well.

My only concern at this point after two (minor-ish) crashes is that a small amount of damage has a way of snowballing with how the panels are put together. One crash was my dumb fault for not seeing the gravel in the road, the other was a deer running square into the side of the bike.

Both illustrated that with the body panels being so interconnected, damage to all the little tabs and clips can go well beyond what you would expect based on visual damage.
