VFR 750 Purchase: What should I look for/check

After selling my 92 ST1100 this last year I have noticied some good deals on VFR's listed in Craig's List, specifically like this one in Co. Springs. Looks pretty for the age but someone else pointed out the Lt mirrior looks kinda funky and the passenger grab rails are missing?

Is there any issues I need to look out for or check for? As I recall Honda didn't make to many changes to 1990's era VFR 750's. What do you think about the price and of course thanks for the responses. Don't have the signature down yet . . .
