    Greetings everyone!

Got my motorcycle certification back in 2006 and started off on a Ninja 250. 2007 rolled around and my local dealer had a beautiful RWB Anniversary VFR in stock. I was ready to trade my ninja in when last minute decided that maybe a rookie rider needed more time on the smaller bike.

Fast forward, past a VRSCDX and my current '78 CB750 is down for restoration/cafe work. I dont want to be without a bike next year while i'm working on the CB so i'm looking for a RWB VFR :) Missed out on a clean local bike a couple months back (that was a heck of a deal too) so its time!!!

I look forward to learning from you all and participating!

Edit: i'm 6'6" with size 16 boots and from what I can remember, the 6th gen was plenty comfy. Never rode one however so any input from taller folks would be greatly appreciated!

I'm 6'4", with a 35" inseam. No issues as far as fitting on my fifth gen.

Good for you on getting a smaller bike first. The reason I got my VFR was because the previous owner bought it as his first bike, and it's just too big and heavy for him. He went out and got a CBR300 to hone his basic skills and his wife said the VFR is evil and must go.

6'4", 36" inseam, and my white '06 suits me fine.
At 60 years old, I'm presuming helibars are in my future to save my neck / upper back on long rides.
