I would be impressed if he hobbled it together in some kind of post apocalyptic dystopia while battling horse sized laser ducks.

The pic of the bike in the truck bed looks like a before pic. The owner states in the ad that all the old parts come with the bike. Any of you dudes try to buy OEM fairing parts for a 91 lately.. Might not be such a bad deal after all.

Then again he could have wrapped the bike in tinfoil or Saran Wrap, or hosed it down with some rattlecans from Wallys..

If he really put some effort into it he could have made it uglier. Not much maybe, but there is still some scope there.

Well, he put the 'butt' in the phrase butt ugly. At least we never have to worry about this dude getting his own bike building show on Discovery Channel or something.

However, like BB said, if he has all the old parts and you could put it back like it is supposed to be, might make a good looking bike again.

Maybe adding some of that luggage that looks like some tropical disease would help. Many examples of that here..

With the right promotion sometime down the road there could be track days with the various classes established by farkle count.

If you'll buy me a round tripper to NZ I will go and see for myself and unless he's maybe one of the NZ All Blacks maybe I could just get away with a fanny pat otherwise I could do my Usain Bolt routine.

So that's what the product of a Craigslist orgy looks like...

Apparently he confused 'streetfighter' with 'streetwalker'

Seller should be made aware that random parts from other mfgs do not constitute
"custom" items, however the "hand made custom wiring loom" sounds intriguing and
    innovative.

Had to look up 'WOF'- Warrant Of Fitness, and there should indeed be a warrant
out for this monstrosity, and its current plastic surgeon...

I could overlook all the above however, as seller is obviously honest enough
to include that it's "running a bit rough at the moment"

Better get your bid in before the price goes up guys!

Yikes .... I do not get any sense of design or where that dude was going with that poor bike. That just looks like an incomplete parts hodge podge to me.
