wheels change on nc24 to 17", help!!

hi all. ive got a vfr400 nc24 1988 im making into a track bike. ive been told if i change the wheels to 17" it will open up uch more tyre choices. does anyone know what models wheels will fit straight onto my bike without any changes? i heard a certain model of vfr750 wheel will fit the rear and maybe a cbr front wheel but i dont know what ones. any help will be great. thanks
