    Dear All,

As you I love my bike, it is really pretty and it flies! I need saddle bags and I would like to know what do you use and why. I looked at the OEM and, although I trust Honda quality, the blue color does not look right. I have found both hard and soft saddle bags that look good. Please help with your experiences.

    Cheers

Are you saying you don't like the blue color or it doesn't match the existing paint? I think everything depends on how you plan to use them. I don't ride much in the rain so I was content buying a set of soft bags (Cortech Tri-Bag system.) If you plan on riding in the rain I would definately go for some Hard Bags.

Yes, I don't like the blue ones. There are some pics in this forum that show RWB hard bags, I guess those are specially ordered?

The one you saw is custom paint to the owner taste.......you can do the same by getting some spray can and use your imagination

Gosh, whomever can paint those hard bags RWB may have a customer. I would not trust me with a paint can near my bike or anything else :)

I recently bought the OEM bags after considering the GIVI. For my RWB, I did go with the blue and to break it up, I added some white pinstripe. Also, if you don't like the blue bags, you can order the white ones instead. They too would look good on your RWB. Don't forget that the OEM bags are available in every color of 6th Gen that they made.

my dealership wanted too much for the honda bags so I just got a set of givi's off a guy here. They dont look too bad and they are functional, im looking at buying the honda bags anyway, but probly not until closer to august. There is also the option of getting a set of bags and hiring an art student to pimp them for ya.

Thank you, I went to my dealer in Frontline Sport Christiansburg, VA, and they told me that the only choices are blue and red, white has been discontinued. Nevertheles your suggestion is perfect, just start with the background color and work around it to turn it into RWB. Maybe this would be my winter project.
