Just started my vfr800 this morning and got a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. It was like 70 degrees f this morning any ideas? Only have 3000 miles

Only during warming up or did it stay like that even with the engine on operating temperature? And when was the last time you started the bike before?

Only during warm up this morning I didn't wait it out I was late for work. At lunch time I started it again and it was fine. Last time I rode her was Saturday night. We had some rain the past few days and high humidity. I'm hoping it was just water vapor but not sure cause I only notice the smoke while I was sitting on her and it engulfed me it wasn't thick but it also didn't dissipate right away

accumulated moisture burring off from inside the exhaust would be my guess.

Did it smell of oil or coolant? If no, most likely accumulated moisture like Vdrive said.

Yep, based on your reaction I would also go for accumulated moisture. If the white smoke is there to stay, I would start worrying and presume a coolant leak.

My 6th gen often used to do that after start-up until it was warm.
