I found a very nice 8 spoke rear and an even better front wheel that should arrive by 5/12. Then off they go to the powder coater for blasting and some white coating. Then some new bearings and tires shortly afterwards and it should be ready for my eastern Oregon ride this September.
Any ideas on the white tint option I might have? Choices? [IMG]. The bike came with the rear wheel.

Your powder coater should have a wide a selection of whites to choose from. Bring your passenger seat cowl so they can match it to the colors they have available.

Take the time, before you remount the rotors, to give the wheels a couple good coats of carnuba based wax. Makes cleaning easier. You WILL appreciate that when they are white. White is a pita trying to keep them looking clean and bright.

Got front wheel, removed bearings. Ready for powder coat next week. Ordered new bearing kit and new PR4 tires. Will be good to go soon.

Do you mean car waxing products or bulk product for making candle wax?

The car care products. I prefer McGuire's Professional Yellow wax. I think it is the # 2 but can not be sure and I am a long way from home so can not check. Others are around. Read the lable and look for the Carnauba Wax mention in it. Mother's makes a wax too that people here are happy with.
