 Hello, only been riding a few months now but i love the VFR. Great bike. My first actually. I'm looking for others too ride with on the rare ocassion ( about once a month) I get to ride. I live in western N.C. (Murphy, N.C.) Woo hoo The Dragon is so much fun and only an hour away.
Before you say it. ATGATT Yes never ride without it:tongue: . My leather suit gets delivered tomorrow actually. Agv sport 2pc I just hope I dont have to be the test dummy.:crutch:
Msf course not yet. Cant seem to find one to fit the schedule. maybe in the summer i can work a couple wknds out in a row to match the class at CPCC in charlotte, they have a sunday morning course.
So any other new riders in the W N.C. or N. GA area here or experienced that dont mind a slow newbie?

Greatings to the VFRworld and HAPPY HOLIDAYS...

Welcome aboard. The site is somewhat addictive but is has reduced the time I spent surfing other less interesting sites. It has been a great source for information from experienced riders. Have fun and be safe.

Hey and welcome aboard. I'm in East Tn so maybe we could hook up sometime and ride. Probably wont be a every weekend thing because we're a pretty good distance apart but maybe an occaisional ride is within reason. EDDIEVALLEYTRAILER is also from east TN and I'm sure there is others from east Tn and west Nc. It would be nice to get several viffers together for a spring ride. Can't wait for warm weather!!!!

Hey sounds great.. Every wknd would be impossible 4 me too.. I never know from one day to the next where im gonna be in the country.. Michigan today, NC thursday, friday im headed to oklahoma then to California

Post up your ride plans and if im available or others are im sure they will come.
Seems i never can get my schedule to coinside with others though.

Where do u live in east TN.. the phrase East TN covers a lot of area??
Ive always wanted to explore the greenville, tn area and hotsprings,nc just havent made it up there yet.
Still enjoying using the gap as a training facility for now.

AS for warmer weather?? As long as it is close to 40 degrees at the house Im good to go. I just try n stay out the upper elevations till it is close to 50 in the valleys.. Layers of clothing really help. not to mention layers = xtra protection big+++ there.

Hope to see some of you on the twisties:)
